Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Yield: 2 Flatbreads
1 piece of flatbread or naan bread (store bought or home made)
2 Tbsp jalapeño hummus
1-2 Tbsp tzatziki
1/4 - 1/2 cup of chopped cucumber, bell pepper and red onion
1 Tsp Za'atar seasoning (thyme will work too!)
1/4 cup diced Kalamata olives
1/4 cup diced sun-dried tomatoes
1-2 oz crumbled feta cheese
Sriracha Hot Sauce
Drizzle of chili oil
Fresh Parsley and lime juice
Heat oven to 450F
Brush flatbread or naan bread with butter or oil
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or unit your bread starts to slightly golden
While your flatbread bakes, sautée the ground turkey with a little bit of olive oil, Za'atar seasoning (about 1 Tsp), and salt/pepper to taste. Once cooked, set aside.
Prepare your toppings by dicing your cucumbers, bell peppers, red onion, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and feta cheese. Set aside.
Once your flatbread is golden and warm, take out of the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
Spread jalapeño hummus onto your flatbread
Spread the tzatziki sauce over the hummus
Add toppings by evenly spreading over the flatbread (cucumbers, peppers, onion, cooked ground turkey, olives, sun dried tomato, and feta cheese)
Place flatbread back into the oven for about 3-5 minutes to warm through (but not long enough to over-warm the cucumbers)!
